Rustic Hyde Skincare values your support and loyalty. To demonstrate that appreciation, all orders to the value of $100 or more will be shipped free of charge.
Free shipping will be arranged through Australia Post and applies to orders within Australia only. Free shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout time.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post’s Parcel Post and typically arrive next day if within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs. Estimated delivery times can be found at Australia Post’s Parcel Service Standards website. Please allow 3-4 business days for remote areas or international destinations, and/or very large orders.
Shipping is charged at a capped price of $10 within Australia except where orders are valued at $100 or more in which case shipping is free of charge.
Refunds and Returns
Rustic Hyde stands by the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange. Be sure to check the contents of your delivery against the order that you placed and if you see a discrepancy please advise us within 5 working days of receiving your goods.
If we are unable to fulfill your order because of product shortage or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to arrange either an alternative product or a full refund. You may also choose to wait for the original product or place your order at a later date. If you have chosen to wait until the product becomes available again we will contact you prior to shipping the order to confirm that you still want the product.
If goods you receive are faulty, or you consider them incorrectly represented or not fit for their advertised purpose, you are entitled to and may choose either an exchange or a refund. You must contact Rustic Hyde within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, Rustic Hyde will be happy to exchange it for a product or products of equal value provided that the original product is returned in saleable condition, which means that it must be undamaged, unmarked, unopened, and with original packaging intact. You will need to pay the return shipping charges and contact Rustic Hyde within 5 business days of receiving the product.
How to return your product:
- Contact Rustic Hyde by email via our Contact page making sure you include a daytime contact phone number with your return request details.
- Your return request will be assessed and details recorded. You will be emailed a delivery address for returning your product.
- Except where products were originally damaged when shipped to you, products being returned must be securely packed so that damage in transit is avoided. Rustic Hyde will not take responsibility for inadequate packing resulting in goods being rendered unsaleable.
- Send your product without delay to the return address provided making sure the package is marked ‘Att: Product Returns’.
- On receipt at Rustic Hyde your product will be inspected and appropriate action taken.
Please Note: Your return product must arrive at Rustic Hyde skincare within 14 days of your receiving the delivery address email. Replacement(s) will only be shipped to you after your return product has been received and assessed by Rustic Hyde.
All goods sent by Rustic Hyde have a recorded tracking number with Australia Post.
